Dominic has been hailed as “Canada’s Digital Guru” by Canadian Business Journal and is the author of “Digital or Death,” a quintessential book on digital transformation and strategy. Dominic has been featured in media across North America and is an energetic speaker on the topics of innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation.

Before founding and leading MSP, Dominic has led successful startups in several industries and led a management consulting firm specializing in strategic management consulting and digital transformations to SME's and multinational companies.

Tracy Wong

Vice President, Finance

Tracy is a recognized leader in implementing business intelligence capabilities across broad functional spectrums, building high performance teams and people capability across the organization.

Tracy joined MSP in 2019 after holding senior finance roles in BC and Ontario, including at LifeLabs Medical Laboratories and, most recently, The Central Group.

She brings extensive experience with multi-clinic and medical laboratory integrations as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Planning and Analysis and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementations. She specializes in launching business partnership models and optimizing business processes.

Tracy is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CGA, CPA) and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.  She leads all finance and accounting functions within MedSpa Partners including treasury, planning and analysis and financing.

Lauren Goldstein

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Lauren leads the operational execution of partner clinic systems, processes and profitability.

With a team-centric, “people first” approach and working alongside inspired industry leaders, Lauren leverages best practices to support, enhance and ultimately grow MSP’s expanding portfolio.

Lauren joined MSP after over a decade of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Her formative experience in multi-unit operational leadership was constructed through scaling and developing some of Canada’s most prominent and iconic restaurant brands. With a Master’s Degree focused in Conflict and Organizational Development, Lauren is well positioned to guide, support, collaborate and scale the Medical Spa industry in Canada.

Nathaniel Barnes

Vice President, Marketing

Nat is an experienced marketer with a passion for understanding customer needs and building, executing, and continually optimizing strategic marketing plans.

In his role at MSP, Nat oversees identifying and implementing new growth-generating marketing initiatives for partner clinics.

Prior to joining MSP, Nat developed diverse brand marketing and insights & strategy consulting experience at healthcare giants Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Bausch + Lomb. Most recently, Nat led the marketing team at Allergan Canada, overseeing some of the medical aesthetics industry’s most iconic brands like Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, and CoolSculpting.

Paul Angelopoulos

Vice President, Corporate Development

Paul is responsible for leading the Corporate Development activity within MSP, including acquisitions and corporate partnerships. 

Throughout the sourcing, valuation, structuring and execution stages, he is tasked with aligning the company’s goals to those of its partners to ensure long term success for both parties.

Prior to joining MSP, Paul held various roles within Scotiabank, including Roynat Equity Partners, Equity Capital Markets, and Group Treasury. Paul earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and also holds his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
