Paul is responsible for leading the Corporate Development activity within MSP, including acquisitions and corporate partnerships.
Throughout the sourcing, valuation, structuring and execution stages, he is tasked with aligning the company’s goals to those of its partners to ensure long term success for both parties.
Prior to joining MSP, Paul held various roles within Scotiabank, including Roynat Equity Partners, Equity Capital Markets, and Group Treasury. Paul earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and also holds his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Most recently, Nat led the marketing team at Allergan Canada, overseeing some of the medical aesthetics industry’s most iconic brands like Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, and CoolSculpting.
